That is fantastic. Great take on a classic Mr. Freeze (my favorite Bat-villain). I love the raised railways and the architectural detail of the vast city below. It really gives Gotham a feeling that the rooftops are sort of a world apart. Also, I love that Catwoman has a backpack labeled "diamonds." Just great.
