The Green Lama - Buddhist crimefighter who also got his hands on some "radioactive salts" that gave him the powers of flight, speed, strength and the emitting of energy beams.  Radioactive salts!

Nice redesign. "Salts" are more than table salts, though. They're electrically neutral ionic compounds, blah blah blah.
